A1 Archery Warranty Claim Procedure -
Step 1: Call 877-596-9269 and talk to a HWO/A1 Archery representative, you will be given an RA# that must be on the box when we receive the unit.
Step 2: Ship your Ozonics unit to: (Don't forget to write your RA# on the outside of the box)

Make sure to include all your contact information (Shipping address, Phone#, E-mail Address)
Step 3: We will verify that your unit or battery is no longer in working order. If it is determined that your Ozonics unit or battery is no longer working properly by our technicians, and the unit is still under warranty, we will immediately ship you a replacement unit by standard UPS shipping.
If you require quicker shipping, you will be responsible for the added charges.
Note: For the 1st year of warranty on the HR200 or HR150, and the first (6) months warranty on the Lithium Battery you can send your defective product directly to Ozonics. Contact Ozonics at 1-979-285-2400
